Deployment

By working with you we can ensure all elements of Office 365 are configured to your exact requirements. This could be as fundamental as setting user password policies or developing complex workflow systems in SharePoint to automate current paperwork intensive processes. We have been working with Office 365 since it was in a pre-release beta state and worked with Microsoft BPOS prior to Office 365 and as such can assure you of expertise in this area.

Data Migration

Unless you are a very new startup business you will have data in your current systems. Whether that’s a few documents in a shared folder stored on a machine in the corner of the office or you have years of email sitting on your current email server we can ensure that data is migrated smoothly to your Office 365 account, minimising disruption to your business.

Training

It’s always quite daunting for anyone getting used to using a new system or software application. To help your staff get the most out of what Office 365 can offer we can provide a range of training options. From formal instructor-led user training based on official Microsoft Curriculum through to one-to-one admin training we can tailor something specific for your organisational needs.

Admin Support

We recognise that once the system is deployed and everyone in your business is up and running with Office 365 that’s not the end of things. As a Microsoft customer you are entitled to free technical support that’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but this is really for something that may not be behaving as it should. You may need configuration changes, accounts setup for new starters or even advice on data compliance issues. We can provide flexible on-going assistance on either a time and materials basis as required or for a monthly charge we can provide backup support combined with a ‘bank’ of hours to carry out additional admin or consultancy work.
